Homemade dressing is ALWAYS better! Mix All Ingredients in a mason jar. Shake & refrigerate. Easy Vinegarette Olive Oil & Apple Cider Vinegar or balsamic 1:1 (Use flavored oils for a kick) Salt & Pepper Fresh crushed or finely diced garlic Lemon Juice Optional Ad-Ins: Blue cheese crumbles, Parmesean Cheese, Fruit purees or juice, chopped nuts, fresh herbs, poppyseeds, etc. Ranch 1/2 Cup each: Mayonaise, Sour Cream & Buttermilk (or milk) 3/4 t dried dill 1/2 tsp dried parsley 1/2 tsp dried chives 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp sea salt 1/8 tsp pepper 2 tsp fresh lemon juice (or white vinegar if you don't have lemons around) Blue Cheese 1/2 C gorganzola or other blue cheese crumbles 1/3 Cup Each: Mayonaise, Sour Cream, & Buttermilk 1T white wine vinegar 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon pepper
