Not sure if the source. Looks like an old local church cookbook. Trilby’s was a fixture in Ocean Sprite gs when I was growing up in the 80’s-90’s. The Gautier’s bought it and changed the name to Germaine’s, after their daughter. They served a basic but amazing salad with the meal.I think it was lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, and maybe sliced onions. It was topped by the dressing below.
