Shrimp Creole

Ingredients

2-3# of peeled & deveined shrimp
2 chopped onions
3 chopped bell peppers
1 bunch chopped celery 
1 stick butter
2 cans fire roasted diced tomato untrained 
1 can c/o mushroom garlic soup
Old Bay Season
Cajun Season
Garlic Salt
Garlic powder
2 bay leaves
Cup white wine
Cooked rice

In a large pot, saute veggies w/ butter and seasonings. Add the wine and shrimp and cook until shrimp are cooked through - should be about 5-6 minutes. Serve over rice.
