Warm Bacon Tangy Salad Dressing


Toss warm dressing over spinach or leaf lettuce

Ingredients:

-4 slices of bacon
-3 green onions (sliced)
-1/4 Cup apple cider vinegar
-1 Tsp Sugar
-Salt & Pepper to taste


Fry the bacon crisp and then remove to cool. Crumble the bacon when it cools. Add other ingredients to the bacon grease and whisk until sugar is dissolved. Toss lettuce or spinach leaves with dressing and top with crumbled bacon.
