Berry Croissant French Toast Puff

From. FB Video !  4 croissants, cut into cubes 1 8oz cream cheese 2/3 C Sugar 2 eggs 1 C whole milk 1.5 tap vanilla 1 tsp lemon zest 1.5 Cups berries Preheat oven to 350 Mix the cream cheese and sugar. Blend in eggs then the milk, vanilla, & lemon zest. Place croissant cubes in a square baker. Mix in the berries and pour cream mixture over it all. Bake at 350 for 30 min or until center is set.

Pot Pie

Pot Pie (Makes 2) we -Meat from 2 rotisserie deli chickens -2 frozen pie crusts -2 fresh pie crust rolls (by canned biscuits in store) -.5 to 1 stick salter butter Preheat oven to 400 -1 Cup each: chopped onion, carrot/pea mix. Potato, sweet corn -2 cloves chopped garlic -S&P, garlic salt, poultry seasoning -1/2 C flour  -4 cups chicken stock  -1 to 1.5 C half and half Sauté w salted butter: 1 Cup each chopped: onion, carrot/pea mix, potato, 2 garlic cloves & sweet corn  Season w S&P, garlic salt, poultry seasoning Put 2 pie crusts in oven w 5-7 min timer. Take out before brown. When potato is fully cooked, stir in half a cup flour. Add more butter as needed. Slowly stir in : 4 C chicken stock and 1 C half and half Taste for flavor. Add more seasonings as needed. Fold in 4 cups of chopped chicken from pre-cooked rotisserie deli chicken Do a final taste test and season as needed or add more half and half if too dry.    Add more flour I’d too thin. Fil...

Grape Salad (From Chicken Salad Chick)

Grape Salad  from  Chicken Salad Chick  Makes 15-20 servings Ingredients: 24 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature) 2.5 cups sour cream 1 1/4 cup of sugar 1 tablespoon of vanilla 3.5 pounds seedless grapes (half red and half green) 1/2 cup dried pecans, crushed 1/2 cup brown sugar Instructions: Wash grapes and remove stems. Set aside to air dry. Set cream cheese out to come to room temperature. Place sour cream and sugar in a mixing bowl, put do not mix. Set mixing bowl aside. Cut cream cheese blocks into golf ball size pieces and place into food processor until completely blended and the consistency is smooth. Pour the cream cheese into the mixing bowl with sour cream and sugar. Mix with electronic mixer for two minutes on medium speed. Gently fold the vanilla into the mixture with a spatula.
