Baked Turkey Breast Loin (Very Moist!)

We made this for sandwiches but it was so good we ate it as is! 



Each Turkey Loin at the store has 2 loins in it and will easily feed 3-4 people.

The recipe is for one pack of loins (2) so multiply based on how many you cook.

Ingredients:
 1 package Turkey loin (2 loins)
2 Tbs (approx) olive oil
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Half stick butter 

How to:
Preheat oven to 325 F
Rinse and Pat dry the loins
Rub loins with olive oil
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and coat loins with the rub
Coat a baking pan w pam or crisco
Bake for 50 min uncovered 
Check temp. Should be 155 before removing. Cook in 10 min increments until it’s 155.

Take out of over and cover looks w butter slices. Cover tightly w aluminum foil and let rest 10-15 min. 

DO NOT CUT UNTIL IT RESTS !!!!

After you slice it, use a spoon to spoon the juices over all slices. Keep covered w foil until time to serve.
