Cowboy Butter π€ π§
ingredients:
200 g (about 7 oz) unsalted butter, cubed and softened π§
1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped πΏ
1 tablespoon fresh chives, thinly sliced π±
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard π―
2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves π
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish π₯
2 garlic cloves, crushed and cored π§
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice π
1/2 teaspoon paprika πΆ️
1/2 teaspoon fine salt π§
instructions:
1. Cut a 12-inch square of parchment paper and set aside π
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl using a potato masher, then a fork for better blending π΄
3. Shape the butter into a rough log in the bowl π§
4. Place the butter toward the bottom edge of the parchment paper π
5. Roll the paper up over the butter, twist the ends in opposite directions to form a tight log π
6. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use ❄️
